Brad Williams, president and CEO of MVP RV, hopes that his all-electric RV paves the way for more charging stations down the metaphorical road. The company's first and only all-electric model traveled 65 to 70 miles per hour for 180 miles on one charge, Williams said. The second all-electric RV, currently in development, will likely have a better range, he said. A report issued by Veterinary Pet Insurance lists the 60 most unusual objects ingested by pets in 2010. Many of the 2,000 foreign body ingestion claims revolved around the usual suspects with socks, hand towels, sticks, and rocks proving to be some of the most popular pet "snack" choices. Other ingested items were not quite as common and included; a jellyfish, denture adhesive, a hearing aid, a tent door, 16 steel wool pads, a barbecue brush, jumper cables, a squirrel, a TV remote control, a foot-long submarine sandwich and a fire log! Rising motor home deliveries and the sale of a factory helped Winnebago Industries Inc. reverse a loss from last year and post its third-straight quarterly profit, the company said.
