Sugar Creek Campground is your Camping host for outdoor family concerts, fishing in Sugar Creek, recreational activities - both on the campground itself or throughout Indiana. They offer over 48 acres of pure enjoyment and 1/2 mile of Sugar Creek frontage.
Sugar Creek Campground is owned and managed by Mr. & Mrs. Kim & Julie Yager. The campground was purchased on August 20th of 2003 by the Yager family. Much work has gone into restoring the grounds to create a beautiful and relaxing camping experience. Their mission at Sugar Creek Campground: to specialize in family unity. "Our focus is on children having fun, parents relaxing and families being together. At Sugar Creek Campground, we strive to provide a fun, relaxing and safe environment for our guests to enjoy."
Sugar Creek Campground isn't just another "set up your tent and sit around a fire" campsite. They are fully equipped for camping, concerts, and canoeing, kayaking & tubing along the famous Sugar Creek. In order to canoe and/or kayak at Sugar Creek Campground you must have a signed waiver on file with the front office. Waivers can be picked up at the front office.
Go Canoeing at Sugar Creek Campground. Looking for something fun to do with the family? The 8 mile long trip is the perfect daytime activity. Lasting approximately 5 hours you get plenty of time on the water and float right into the campground. Departing at 8a, 9:30am, and 11am Wednesday - Sunday you will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy a lazy day on the creek.

They have 64 total RV sites, can accommodate RV's up to 48', full hookup sites, 30 and 50 amp service, restrooms & showers, 48 acres of pure enjoyment for the entire family with over 1/2 mile of Sugar Creek frontage, inner tube rental, kickball, creek swimming, basketball, volleyball, horse shoes, playground, creek fishing, euchre tournaments, Sugar Creek Music Center concerts, cards & bingo, wiffle ball, frisbee golf, movie night, wagon rides, corn bag toss, pond fishing - campers only; catch and release, ice, bait, firewood; full load, Wi-Fi available. Concession Stand (Open Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend). They are located 30 miles from Indianapolis, IN and 30-45 miles from Danville, IL.
They are open year-round! Passport America discount is valid for a maximum of two nights, no exceptions. Passport America discount is valid Monday through Thursday. Passport America discount is not valid with groups and on holidays or during holiday weekends. Cash only. *$2.00 additional for 50 amp service. Prices are subject to change at any time. Their regular nightly rates are $25.00 – 30.00; Passport America member rates are $12.50 – 15.00
