They have 100 total RV sites, can accommodate any size RV, full hook-ups, 30/50 amp service, pull through & back-in sites, new laundry and bathroom facilities, Free Wi-Fi, picnic tables at sites, pond, fishing nearby, pets welcome, heated pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard, social activities, music jams, 20 acres of scenic views. They are located 8 miles from Brooksville and 40 minutes from Disney World.

Their regular nightly rate is $25.00; Passport America member rate is $12.50. PA discount is valid for one night from January through the end of March. PA discount is valid for two weeks maximum from April through December.
