Man who attacked bondsman with machete back in jail

Samuel Tyler Potter, accused of attacking a bail bondsman with a machete, is out of the hospital and back in jail. Potter is being held on a $2,000,000 bond on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and kidnapping.

Florida bondsman shoots wanted man in self-defense

Lorenzo Arscott, a wanted fugitive in Florida, was sent to the hospital after St. Petersburg police said a bail bondsman shot him in self-defense. Police say Arscopt suddenly appeared in front of the group, driving a black Toyota Camry, and drove directly at one of the bondsmen.
