4 tips on HVAC
FacilitiesNet

Growth in green-building material demand will outpace the growth of building construction expenditures as green materials continue to account for an increasing share of building materials used. In the U.S., demand for green-building materials is projected to expand 13 percent annually through 2015, generating sales of more than $70 billion. Government codes/incentives will continue to emerge to support building efficiency programs. Legislation will progressively shift from energy neutral to energy-positive building requirements.

Maintenance and engineering managers are finding the benefits of facilitywide access control systems go far beyond simply improving the level of security within buildings. In many cases, a well-designed and implemented system has resulted in reduced operating and maintenance costs, in part due to hardware standardization and the elimination of traditional key-based systems.
