Williamsburg Bakery Expands from ABC 40 Mark Pollard and his wife Geri moved back east from San Francisco six years ago. They had found a bakery business that they could run out of their house in Cummington. They began by selling their bread to small local stores and restaurants and that was still their plan when they moved their shop to a new location on Route 9. But Mark says things changed as soon as they opened. "People kept coming to buy the bread directly from the bakery," he says. "That's when we opened up our retail store." More
