Chang '91 will be providing an indulgent treat for Harvardians once again this Friday as the creator of a massive birthday cake for Harvard's 375th Celebration.     Bakery entrepreneur Mark Furstenberg, former owner of Marvelous Market and The Breadline, is at work on a new yeast-centric concept: Bread Furst, a retail bakery to be located in Washington, D.C., near the Washington Hilton hotel. Bread, naturally, will be the main focus, but the place will also serve breakfast and lunch. Furstenberg said that Bread Furst will offer "a diversity of breads," including baguettes baked fresh every four hours ("The way they're meant to be"), croissants, Danish pastry, brioche, muffins and doughnuts.     Sara Lee sells Iberian bakery unit to Grupo Bimbo

    Sara Lee Corp is selling its fresh bakery business in Spain and Portugal to Mexico's Grupo Bimbo for 115 million euros ($156 million) in cash, the food company's latest step to unload its international bakery units. The deal includes all of its fresh bakery brands in Spain and Portugal along with seven manufacturing plants. The sale is expected to close within 60 days. More
