Meet Radiology Summit speaker Scott Lesnick
Scott Lesnick will be presenting the following two sessions at the Radiology Summit: The Ever Changing Landscape of the Radiology Workforce: Motivating, Managing & Mentoring Multi-Generations and Effortlessly Handling Change.
This first session covers strategic methods of improving employee morale, increasing employee retention, improving operational efficiency and improving employee productivity; how to find it, how to harness it and how to keep it! Also included is a bonus section regarding mentoring programs and why they work.
The second session covers change in the workplace that can be challenging. Combining successful anecdotes with practical information on how to "move effortlessly with your company’s new directives," this session helps you discover the best ways to navigate change, revitalize your organization and decrease employee turnover.

RBMA requests your assistance in offering high-quality educational programming. We are currently seeking individuals interested in presenting a topic applicable to marketing the business of radiology.
2016 Building Better Radiology Marketing Programs will take place March 6-8, 2016, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
The deadline to submit your topic and proposal is July 17.
