New Assets Designed to Speed You Up Just Slowing You Down?
ASPYRA, LLC
Struggles to climb the learning curve can cost more than training. Imagine correcting each exam record for a patient when you could have changed it in one place and have it corrected on all the records if you just knew where to go. Every business has personnel, equipment, and system changes over time. Such "turnover" often leaves you with limited personnel who know how to make the most effective use of your resources. How do you keep productivity high and expenses low? Look for training options such as Web based training, webinars, on-site training, and full classes.

NEWS FOR VENDORS

Medical device tax debate already heating up in 2015
RBMA
MR, CT, X-ray and other medical imaging modality manufacturers that for the past two years have been subject to the 2.3 percent medical device tax may be forgiven for seeing red after reading the New York Times' editorial board’s Jan. 30 opinion piece "No Case for Killing the Medical Device Tax." EHR adoption up, challenges in interoperability and meaningful use remain
CIO
For all of the enthusiasm around electronic health records, the systems that providers have put in place are still limited in their effectiveness because, too often, they don't talk to one another and only add to the administrative burden that they are intended to help reduce.
