The Annual Meeting of Members of the Radiology Business Management Association will be held at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando® on Tuesday, May 22, at approximately 8 a.m. RBMA's Bylaws, Article IV, Section 3 require notification not more than 60 and not less than five days prior to the date of such meeting.

The results of the election will be announced at the 2012 Annual Members' Meeting, and the new directors will take office immediately upon the conclusion of the meeting.
