Good news regarding RACs
RBMA
The RBMA and other advocacy groups have been against RACs from the start, and in September of 2012 they shared their concerns with the Government Accountability Office. That action finally paid off on Feb. 18 of this year, when CMS announced the suspension of new RAC investigations. For the time being, it seems, RACs are one worry radiology can cross off its list.
