Alberta unveils new Canadian Armed Forces licence plate

Officials with the provincial government unveiled their design for the Canadian Armed Forces new licence plate, which will be available soon. The new plates, that complement existing veterans' licence plates featuring a poppy in honour of former and current members of the Canadian Armed Forces, bear artwork called "Fallen Comrades of the PPCLI."

Upgrades to Aurora aircraft puts RCAF on cutting edge of anti-submarine warfare

The silhouette of a nuclear-powered U.S. navy Los Angeles class attack submarine, its periscope slashing through the surface, was quickly spotted by the crew of a Royal Canadian Air Force CP-140 Aurora maritime patrol aircraft during a five-hour mission south of the Hawaiian Islands recently.

Could Canada lease P-8 maritime patrol aircraft?

The Conservative government has delayed the purchase of a new maritime patrol aircraft to replace the current Aurora fleet. It won't be until 2027-2030 until that replacement gets underway. Lack of money was the culprit. The RCAF had its eye on the P-8 patrol aircraft but had deemed it too expensive. Is Britain on the road to a solution to buy the aircraft?
