1. Where can I get my CPR/AED & First Aid Certifications?
These courses are offered frequently by the American Red Cross: www.redcross.org
and the American Heart Association: www.americanheart.org
Availability of classes vary, so be sure to schedule ASAP.
2. What is a Prep Class?
A Prep Class provides for an instructor and a learning environment to
"brush-up" on skills and provides for more interaction than using
only the self-study method. It is optional for the candidate and is not a
mandatory requirement.

3. How much does becoming NCEA Certified cost?
- Training
Pack - $109
- NCEA
Individual Membership - $45 one year or $99 three years
- Records Verification - $175 (*FREE if NCEA
Sponsored event)
- National Exam - $350
- Prep Class - Optional (Set by Approved Training
Facility)
4. How long will it take to complete the program?
The entire program can be completed in as little as 6-8 weeks!
5. After I send in my Candidate Application how long will it
take to receive my Authorization to Test (ATT)?
Providing your Candidate Application is complete, your ATT would be emailed
to you within 5-7 days.
6. Upon receipt of my ATT, when do I need to take the exam?
You must test within 90 days of the date on your ATT.
7. Where do I take my National NCEA Certification Exam?
The exam is delivered by ISO
Quality Testing at their fully proctored, secure testing facilities
located throughout the United States and the world. Go to Testing Centers -
Locate a Testing Center.
