SIPA update: SIP building science, zero energy home plans and how to become a SIPA Registered Master Builder

Earn distinction as a SIP installer through the SIPA Registered Builder Program

Take advantage of the opportunity to set yourself apart from the competition with the SIPA Registered Builder and Registered Master Builder programs. These comprehensive training and certification programs provide builders with everything they need to become a competent SIP installer.

SIPA Registered Builders and Registered Master Builders can use the respective logos in their marketing materials and indicate their designation on their online membership profile on the SIPA website. To become a SIPA Registered Builder, SIPA members simply need to complete the online Builder Education with SIPs (BEST) video training course, now available on the SIPA website for just $50.

Zero-Energy Plans
After over 50 years of working in the construction industry, builder Ted Clifton has developed an impressive resume, including multiple Energy Value Housing Awards and NAHB National Green Building Awards. As his fame in the building industry grew, so did requests for his housing plans, leading him to start a new business venture providing ready-to-go, zero energy home plans to builders and homeowners.
