United Way summit urges nonprofit leaders to innovate
Author Seth Godin told more than 700 nonprofit leaders to take risks and not fear failure at the United Way's Not-for-Profit Leadership Summit. Godin told attendees that charities must engage and gain support from niche populations in their communities because the era of mass-appeal charities has ended.
