Joe Heck, R-Nev., and Mike Quigley, D-Ill., have reintroduced the Jobs Originating through Launching Travel Act, a bipartisan effort to create jobs by implementing visa reforms that would increase international travel to the United States. Although it originally was introduced last year by Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., the JOLT Act failed to come for a vote in the last Congress. If passed, Heck and Quigley say the legislation could attract as many as 98 million more visitors to the United States, create 1 million American jobs and generate as much as $859 billion in revenue by 2020.More
