Be Heads Up Challenge
Drumroll please — we are so excited to announce our very first Be Heads Up Challenge! Calling all artists, ages 5–18! We hope you can help us spread the word about concussions and how to stay safe.
In order to help educate kids and teens about concussion safety, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has announced a "Heads up about Concussion Safety" poster design contest. This is an excellent opportunity for all Pony Club members and we encourage you budding artists out there to give this a try. You can draw, paint or use a computer to design a poster.
A $250 prize will be awarded to each age category winner! The posters can be sent in from June 12 through Jan. 31, 2014. Judging will take place between Feb. 1-28, 2014, and winners will be notified and prizes awarded by March 19, 2014. For complete contest rules, click Read More.
