Is gun ownership really down in America?
Fox News
Is gun ownership falling? The answer is yes, at least if you believe a new General Social Survey by the National Opinion Research Center. "The number of Americans who live in a household with at least one gun is lower than it's ever been," reported Emily Swanson of the Associated Press. Time magazine also points to a PEW Research survey that has done a couple much more limited surveys that suggest a similar drop in gun ownership over time. But those claims are likely overblown.

Gun control group lies to gun buyers in an attempt to sell fear
Bearing Arms
VideoBrief Mom Demand Action/Everytown has been excoriated numerous times by the press for lying about the number of school shootings in the United States. The Violence Policy Center has been laughed out of the room over their demonstrably false claims about the "threat" of concealed carriers. The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence has cried wolf so many times about gun owners being "insurrectionists" that they've lost all credibility. You can now add tiny States United To Prevent Gun Violence to that sad roster of charlatans, deceivers and bullies.
