According to PIJAC, the state of Colorado is considering amending and extending the Pet Animal Care and Facilities Act. Legislation of interest is also under consideration in New Hampshire, where animal transfer licensing is at issue, and in Washington state, where the legislature is reviewing the number of animals breeders may own.
