The majority of working Americans believe they won't have enough money to live comfortably in retirement, according to a Gallup poll. And while Washington debates the future of Social Security, three out of five non-retired Americans have already declared they hold little hope of ever receiving benefits. While these numbers suggest that America's optimism on retirement has hit a 16-year low, they also tell us that policymakers should do whatever they can to support and promote savings initiatives that have proven successful. The Act provides a two-year acquittal from the expiration of the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 and the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003. More

Mondaq News Alerts    Share    Share on FacebookTwitterShare on LinkedinE-mail article
In May 2009, the Texas legislature amended the Texas Business Organizations Code to include new "Subchapter M: Series Limited Liability Company," establishing the "series limited liability company" ("series LLC") as a recognized legal entity form under Texas law.
