Pennsylvania Dental Assistants Association applied and received a legislative grant. The grant was used to lobby the PA State Board of Dentistry and the PA Dental Association. Their efforts resulted in Theresa A. Groody, M.Ed., CDA, EFDA being placed as the first Dental Assistant on the PA State Board of Dentistry.

Perio therapy reduces medical costs for diabetics
