The New Jersey chapter of the American Institute of Architects has installed Justin A. Mihalik as its 2016 president, the organization announced.
Mihalik, a principal at Essex Fells-based J.A. Mihalik Architect LLC, has been a member of AIA-NJ for more than 18 years and an active board member for the last 10 years, according to a news release. He previously served as AIA-NJ's first and second vice president and treasurer.

These are the issues we'll be addressing next in green design — if you buy into the theory that the U.S. Green Building Council's ubiquitous LEED program helps predict future trends.
