Deluce confident council will approve airport plan

"The helicopter has always landed in the corner of the Jackson campus nearest the hospital and they have a total protocol," says Salmon Arm Coun.

The 70th annual ceremonial review for the Royal Canadian Air Cadets 171 Melfort Phoenix took place at Melfort Unit Comprehensive Collegiate in Melfort, Saskatchewan. At the beginning of the evening, the squadron fell in. The reviewing officer this year was Melfort MLA Kevin Phillips who inspected the squadron.

Daily Vancouver flights take off

Less than a month into service, the new early-afternoon daily service to Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada, appears to be a big hit at the Penticton Regional Airport. In response to requests from the City of Penticton, Air Canada added a flight to Vancouver and so far the local citizens have responded in number according to David Allen, airport manager.
