Attorney General arrests woman for battery of assisted living resident

Cassandra Petronello Ormand, a medical technician and resident assistant at Sabal House Assisted Living Facility, was taken into custody for allegedly striking a resident of the facility. The investigation was led by the Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. The Escambia County Sheriff's Office assisted with the arrest.
