As 2018 comes to a close, FSA would like to wish its members, partners and other industry professionals a safe and happy holiday season. From Nov. 16: The Office of Attorney General, Department of Education and Florida Department of Law Enforcement worked together to develop FortifyFL, a new app launched in Florida last month aimed at helping students and parents anonymously report suspicious activity in the state's schools. "Recent and past tragedies remind us of the need for our students and communities to report suspicious activity so we can keep our schools as safe as possible," the Florida Police Chiefs Association and Florida Sheriff's Association wrote in a joint statement.
