Clean Cubes: A Tidy Trash Solution

Clean Cubes, a recent winner of the prestigious 2012 International Housewares Association Innovation Award, is a new eco-friendly solution for neatly managing trash that piles up quickly at parties, special events and just about anywhere else. Clean Cubes are comprised of a durable paper bin lined with a leak-resistant plastic trash bag. Recycling and trash disposal has never been easier — just open the Clean Cube, then fill it with recyclables or trash. When the Clean Cube is full, lift and tighten the drawstring on the plastic bag and dispose of the entire Clean Cube!

Clean Cubes was selected as the most innovative new product in the home organization and storage category by a panel of International Housewares Association expert judges that included seasoned designers, major retailers and industry experts.

Javier Colayco, president and founder of Clean Cubes LLC, invented the patent-pending product after he and his wife were continually frustrated over how to handle trash build-up when entertaining guests in their New York City apartment. The attractive, 100 percent biodegradable Clean Cubes are a perfect trash-disposal solution for parties, picnics, camping trips, trade shows and even everyday household use.

See how easy Clean Cubes are to use on this YouTube video — just open up a Clean Cube, dispose of trash, pull up and tie the plastic drawstring when full, and throw the whole thing away. Visit Clean Cubes at
