Stacey D. Porter is a high-level security professional leader with more than 20 years of Department of Homeland Security experience, where he managed security personnel in the aviation and security industry. Mr. Porter held a Top-Secret security clearance for over twenty years while employed with the federal government. He has experience working with public and private sector organizations at the local, state, national, and international levels. He has a broad background in vulnerability assessment and mitigation, security planning, threat and risk assessment, and investigative management operations. Some of Mr. Porter’s experience include but are not limited to:
    • Managed and oversaw access into the White House complex and Vice President’s complex, as well as local and out of town details
    • Maintained liaison with other federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, as well as the airline industry and participated in leadership-focused emergency preparedness drills
    • Examined intrusion detection, duress alarm, closed-circuit television, and access control systems for adequate coverage and ensured measures were in place to protect assets
    • Provided physical protection to the highest-level elected leaders, visiting foreign dignitaries, facilities, and major events

The Behavioural Analysis 2020 Conference will now be a four-day online event, beginning October 5, 2020. Presentations exploring how hostile or criminal intent can be identified through the observation of behavioural indicators and the use of tactical risk analysis and non-racial profiling techniques.

If you can’t join ‘live’ due to a difference in time zone or other commitments, the new digital format will allow attendees to view recordings of the sessions from the ‘live’ event at their convenience.

A hacker has published a list of plaintext usernames and passwords, along with IP addresses for more than 900 Pulse Secure VPN enterprise servers. ZDNet, which obtained a copy of this list with the help of threat intelligence firm KELA, verified its authenticity with multiple sources in the cyber-security community.
