That's expected to mainly impact properties in smaller markets. where banks are the primary lending source. This and other issues are covered in the latest Voice for Real Estate news video from NAR. Other stories look at the increase in women in commercial real estate, the top markets for renters hoping to become home owners, and an alert that your members can add to the signature line on their email to remind consumers not to send sensitive information by email without first verifying the recipient. The video also looks at NAR's participation in a conference at the White House on the commercial use of drones. Access and share the video.
