| June is LGBTQ Pride Month! |
The LGBTQ rights movement has made tremendous strides over the past few decades and much of the increased visibility is thanks to gay pride parades and marches that have taken place in cities around the world. Our Pride Calendar is available on the website as an added informational tool for travelers. We'll continue to add dates for 2018 and 2019 as they become available.

 In 2014 the local administration of Palermo, headed by Leoluca Orlando, brought Palermo into the Rainbow Cities Network. Now the city is one of the gems of RCN, an Italian international network that connects municipalities fighting discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity and also promotes the fundamental rights of citizens.
It's not a coincidence for Palermo to be at the forefront of the fight for civil rights.

Ibiza Gay Pride is the biggest LGBT event that is celebrated in the Baleares islands of Spain. A Pride full of re-vindication, excitement and lots of fun. During four days Ibiza is filled with activities varying from all sorts of art, exhibitions, presentations, to beach & street parties.
