IoPP Salary Survey closes this Friday
Many respondents to this year's IoPP annual Salary Survey so far are saying they "intend to make more money" in 2014 than they did in 2013. Is this your expectation? Let us know if you expect to earn more — or less — in 2014 by participating in this year's Salary Survey. The 2014 survey addresses how today's economy impacts your career and how you feel your job has evolved (or not) during the past year; if you feel secure in your position; and if you're moving upward or backward. You should be able to participate in this year's survey quickly, but anticipate taking 5-10 minutes to complete. Please give us your input now — survey closes this Friday, Feb. 28.

Upcoming IoPP Premium Webinar focused on package design for one-handed usage
Use of handheld technology is permanently changing human behavior — consumers today spend 40 percent of their waking hours with one hand occupied. This important trend will have significant implications for consumer products as consumers attempt to open packages and use products with their one available hand, even though the product and package weren't designed for such usage. Consumer strategist Kelley Styring, Principal of InsightFarm, will share the results of her eye-opening study IoPP's next Premium Webinar Series presentation from 1-2 p.m. CST March 6, offering foresight into what the results mean and how packaging professionals can translate the findings into packaging that helps deliver sales.
