IoPP Constitution revision vote
As a result of recent restructuring of the leadership and governance of IoPP, with the intent of making the leadership more transparent and efficient, the IoPP Board of Directors has approved several changes to the IoPP bylaws. Specifically, one of these changes is the elimination of the executive committee, with the full authority of Institute leadership vested now with the board of directors.
IoPP is requesting member input regarding the following change to the IoPP Constitution that will affect this structure by removing Section 6 - Executive Committee from the Constitution that states: "An Executive Committee of the Board shall be established in accordance with the Bylaws. All actions of the Executive Committee shall be subject to the approval of the Board." (Ref. Constitution & Bylaws, Article IV, Section 6). Please click here to place your vote on this important revision to the IoPP Constitution. Please provide your vote by March 31.

Pouch-based packaging grows up
Baby food sold in resealable pouches has been a hit — why not adult food in pouches? That's the reasoning of Scott Owen, grocery merchandiser at PCC Natural Markets, Seattle, who said he is seeing an increasing number of food items for adults become available in this format. The images and colors must be vibrant and consistent to create a positive and memorable customer experience. In addition, the manufacturing of the package must be efficient and cost-effective.
This packaging company's turnaround story is in full swing
The Motley Fool
Turnaround stories have a way of sucking in investors. Company management and fund managers every year spruik how their company will be this year's turnaround story, but as Warren Buffett once famously said "turnarounds rarely turn."
With that in mind, investors are often best served casting a very careful eye over any potential turnaround story to make sure that all signs point to a prolonged recovery.
