IoPP congratulates longtime member Camille Chism in welcoming her to its instructor team. She will join IoPP instructors Larry Dull, CPP, Robert Meisner, CPP, and Jane Chase, CPP, in teaching the in-person Fundamentals of Packaging Technology course beginning in 2019.
Camille is president of C2 Associates. She has been involved extensively in IoPP since joining the Institute three decades ago. Camille is a Lifetime CPP who was inducted into the IoPP College of Fellows in 2013. At the national level, she has been on the IoPP board of directors and served as vice president of the Chapters Council. At the local level, she has held leadership positions with the Michigan and Midlands chapters. During her career, she has held packaging-related positions at automotive, food, distribution, pharmaceutical and technology companies.

University of Nottingham researchers have developed 100 percent biodegradable and edible food packaging made from plant carbohydrates and proteins to replace polluting plastic materials and improve storage, safety and shelf life.
