The Housing and Urban Development and Veterans Affairs departments are making slow but steady progress toward deploying a new employee performance management system that could one day set the bar for all federal agencies. New TOUT certificate to be offered

The new Teaching Online Utilizing Technology (TOUT) certificate at College of DuPage in Illinois will provide hands-on training for educators, trainers, managers and students who want to incorporate the latest technology into their curriculum. Recently approved by the Illinois Community College Board, the 16-credit-hour TOUT certificate will help students design and implement online course materials within a learning management system. Students will focus on instructional design, visual literacy, online assessments and current collaborative and multimedia practices. More
