Carolyn Rose has retired as CEO of Health Choice Arizona Inc., according to an Iasis Healthcare Corp. filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Health Choice is a Medicaid managed care plan that has a contract with the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System to provide care to about 180,000 Medicaid recipients in Arizona. More
