Northam said Wednesday that more than 420,000 Virginians have enrolled in Medicaid since the state voted to expand it two years ago.

In a blog post, Elder Justice Coordinator, Lois Greisman, says the FTC has received reports from several states that these residents are being told to sign their stimulus funds over to the facility, even though that money, by law, belongs to them.
