New York delays Medicaid behavioral health transition to managed care

The state of New York has announced a delay in its planned transition to Medicaid managed care for certain specialty services. Medicaid Director Jason Helgerson indicated in a recent memo that the Department of Health was revising a series of planned implementation dates for the transition to behavioral health-managed care.

90-day waiting period for West Virginia CHIP plan enrollment dropped
