In partnership with Interact Performance Systems, (a national training leader since 1981 in interpersonal skills, conflict management, team building, leadership and coaching,) the NMLEA will host a webinar/podcast series, titled “Conversations that Matter.” Facilitated by the NMLEA’s Executive Director, Mark DuPont, the discussions will focus on key issues that are affecting all business sectors, and especially public safety. “I think its important to have ‘Conversations that Matter,” said DuPont. “In a time when there is a lot of talk going on all around us, there are very few conversations. This is an opportunity to bring some great minds from all around the country together around one virtual table, and discuss the problems, the challenges and potential solutions.” The first segment will air this week, and be available on the NMLEA website under “Webinars and Podcasts,” and also on the Interact website (www.interactperformance.com). If you have a topic you’d like to see discussed, send your recommendations to info@nmlea.org.
