The American Chemical Society Education Division is hiring! The ACS Education Division currently has three roles open for a variety of backgrounds and experience levels:
  • A Project Manager for the Continuing Education and Professional Growth group: Seeking a manager for career development content, particularly expanding the current audience to students and international participants, and accommodating e-learning and virtual delivery.
  • A Project Specialist for the Project SEED program: Seeking a former high school or community college teacher eager to switch careers to virtual curriculum/content development and delivery, program logistics, and customer service.
  • A Business and Data Analytics Manager for the Education Division: Seeking someone to manage program evaluation reports, data cleaning, management, and analysis, and serve as a liaison to the Research and Decision Support Office and the ACS data project.
 
 
ACS Scholars application opens on Nov. 1!
American Chemical Society
Know of any undergraduate students in chemistry-related majors? The ACS Scholars program is accepting applications for the 2021/2022 academic year. Award includes up to $5,000 per academic year in scholarship funding, mentoring, and travel award and internship opportunities. Applicants must currently be a high school senior or college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree and career in a chemistry-related field, and must be Hispanic/Latino, American Indian, or African-American. Deadline is March 1, 2021.
