Opinion: CFPB fails to protect consumers
Forbes
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is hurting some of the very people it was created to help protect, says a business professor at George Washington University School of Business. In an editorial in Forbes, Jeffrey Johnson says the CFPB essentially guessed about data it used when it accused the lending industry of offering higher interest rates and less favorable terms on auto loans to minorities and women.

The Airstream Interstate Grand Tour EXT is the Mercedes-Benz of luxury vans
Daily News
Although Airstream is better known for its iconic, teardrop-shaped trailers, the Interstate Grand Tour EXT is a natural extension of the brand, as it's outfitted just like the famous aluminum-bodied trailers inside. Unlike some camper conversion services that require donor vans and a substantial investment, Airstream directly works its magic on Sprinters from its Ohio factory for direct customer orders.

40 years on, GMC Motorhome remains on the move
BBC
A sensation when introduced in 1973, the GMC Motorhome attracted a fervent following that endures in the United States and in far-flung corners of the planet. Sleek and even sexy by RV standards, the GMC Motorhome was just as radical beneath its wind tunnel-shaped body. As with owners of classic cars, GMC Motorhome owners are united by the common desire to keep their occasionally temperamental machines viable. Known as "GMCers," they tend to be of retirement age and travel in their decades-old RVs for weeks or months at a time.

These RVing retirees will make you incredibly jealous of their life on the road
Yahoo Finance
Carroll and Basil Melnyk decided 12 years ago to retire while they could still enjoy traveling. At the time, they were only 56 and 55, but longevity doesn't run in their families' genes. So they got out a spreadsheet, took a look at their finances, and decided that working another five years wouldn't add that much to their financial situation. The upshot: They traded their house for a 40-foot motorhome and have been happily traveling the country ever since.

Dealing reasonably with unreasonable people
By Anne Rose
We've all had them — angry, unreasonable customers who refuse to be placated. What to do? First, never tell them to calm down—that just feeds their fire. In fact, don't tell them anything. Resist the temptation to say anything at all.
