RVDA
Dealers are already talking about this year’s RV Dealers International Convention/Expo, and for good reason — with better timing, a new location, and a fresh program of events, it’s going to be the highlight of 2014. From the later date, Nov. 1-4, to the central locale — Bally’s on the Las Vegas Strip — this convention has been completely redesigned so that dealers can bring more employees and participate in more activities. Big Bend National Park offers a big surprise
By Laura Weaver
Through our motorhome travels, we've learned a lot about different parts of our beautiful country. For one thing, everything actually is a lot bigger in Texas — big ranches, big roadways, big cattle, big hats and Big Bend. Want success? Surround yourself with people who challenge your thinking
Inc.
It's nice to have people around who support you and are of like mind. Most of us develop a stable of people with whom we like to work. We know their styles, and they know ours. It's comfortable and expedient. Unfortunately, that level of comfort can stall the very learning and innovation that can expand your company and your career. You need healthy conflict and differing perspectives to avoid group-think.
