Older consumers want to hear from you
By Michael J. Berens
According to a recent Nielsen report on the global aging market, industries are ignoring the needs and desires of aging consumers, who outspend and outnumber younger consumers. Older consumers want more products geared to them, and they also want to see advertising that reflects them. How to open your mind to new business possibilities
Forbes
Small "frictions" on your business's website can make it needlessly difficult for potential customers to buy your product.
