Education workshops taking shape for RV Dealers International Convention/Expo
The RV Learning Center
Workshops for the 2013 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo are taking shape in all tracks, and more titles will be announced as presenters and titles are confirmed. The convention will take place Sept. 30-Oct. 4 at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino in in Las Vegas. The RVDA Convention/Expo Committee, chaired by John McCluskey of Florida Outdoors RV Sales, sought out new presenters with ideas that reflect the convention theme "Education: Your Competitive Advantage" and that also provide a broader curriculum that's relevant to more staff.

National Park Service director outlines agency challenges — and solutions

As it prepares for its second century, the National Park Service is facing a number of significant challenges, from essentially flat visitation to aging infrastructure, according to director Jon Jarvis. The agency is looking at new models for financing its operations and is evaluating the many different ideas for sustainable supplemental funding that were introduced recently during a gathering at the Bipartisan Policy Center.

5 Mississippi State fans, all strangers, bond over RV trip to Omaha, NE

This is the story of five strangers, one RV, a Mississippi State University baseball team and a cross-country trip. R.J. Morgan is a lifelong Bulldogs fan who has followed his team through a myriad of adventures, wins, and heartbreaks. So when the Bulldogs won the first game of the super regionals against Virginia, Morgan knew a road trip to the College World Series in Omaha, NE, was in order.
