National Park Service announces 9 free-admission days in 2015

The National Park Service will offer free admission to every national park on nine days in 2015. The dates are Jan. 19 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day), Feb. 14-16 (Presidents Day weekend), April 18-19 (National Park Week's opening weekend), August 25 (National Park Service's 99th birthday), Sept. 26 (National Public Lands Day), and Nov. 11 (Veterans Day).

KOA pulling up stakes on The Strip, moving to Boulder Highway
Casino City Times
Kampgrounds of America is moving its RV park in Las Vegas from The Strip to Boulder Highway. KOA and Boyd Gaming Corp. announced an agreement to re-brand the Sam's Town RV park as Las Vegas KOA at Sam's Town. Under terms of the lease agreement, KOA has assumed operations of the 500-space RV park adjacent to Boyd's Sam’s Town. KOA had previously been associated with the RV park attached to Circus Circus on The Strip. MGM Resorts International announced the Circus Circus RV park had closed for renovations.
