Sheriff's Offices in in Shelby and Nacogdoches counties are still assisting the FBI in the ongoing search for Andres Hernandez, who is a suspect in the 2007 stabbing death of Pablo Gonzalez.
FBI officials believe that Hernandez, 32, is hiding out in Shelby or Nacogdoches County. He is wanted for murder and evading prosecution.

The lone suspect in a New Year's Eve 2017 shooting death in Kilgore was taken into custody in Gary, Indiana, early Tuesday.
According to connections at the Longview News-Journal, Kilgore police Det. John Rowe confirmed that Dwight Patrick Scott was apprehended by federal authorities and is being held in a Gary jail.
