Sheriff's deputies are seeking the public's help locating a man they say is armed, dangerous and wanted in connection with a fatal shooting. Authorities have issued a murder arrest warrant for Tony Vincent Novello, 24, a man described as a felon convicted of multiple crimes, said Terry Grisham, Tarrant County Sheriffs Department spokesman.

A Texas border man is facing capital murder charges in connection with the beating death of a 2-year-old boy. n Tuesday afternoon, 27-year-old Freddy Armando Muñiz, a U.S. citizen from Weslaco, went before a local justice of the peace who formally charged him with one count of capital murder and one count of injury to a child. His bond was set at $1,050,000. According to information provided to Breitbart Texas by the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office, the case began on Friday night when hospital personnel called authorities in connection with a child who arrived to the emergency room with broken ribs and internal bleeding.

An investigation that began after the theft of more than $90,000 worth of alcoholic beverages from the Austin-based Capital Distributing Co. in September resulted in the seizure of booze, cash and firearms in Bastrop County. Austin police Sgt. Maurice Forshee said the investigation began when Capital Distributing came up short while taking regular inventory September. He said employees there believe the theft may have been going on for around two weeks, but an exact time frame was unclear.

A Cherokee County couple were found dead Monday morning after what officials say was a murder-suicide. Sheriff's officials were called a little after 6 a.m. to a residence on County Road 2303, approximately four miles south of Rusk, to a report of two people shot.

I never realized the complexity of the telecommunicator profession until recently.
