The Anderson County Sheriff's Office has charged two men in the beating death of a Palestine man. The wife of one of the suspects has also been arrested in connection with the case.
Sheriff Greg Taylor said Jesse L. Kelebrew, 27, and Daniel Wayne Terry, 28, are charged with the murder of Robert Kirk Stanley, 58. Kali Terry, 29, is charged with tampering with evidence.

Investigators believe a fatal shooting in Nacogdoches may have been a case of mistaken identity, according to the sheriff.
Nacogdoches County Sheriff Jason Bridges reported 19-year-old Victor Torres gave investigators a full confession, stating that he was responsible for the fatal shooting at Sandyland Circle on Nov. 3.

Sheriff Oscar Rivera said Allegiance Ambulance Service and Air Med are not coming to 911 for mutual aid assistance. He told KIII-TV the dispatchers from these private ambulance companies their units are out of service or unavailable when there's no good reason to be.
