The Goliad County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation that, with the help of prosecutor Tim Poynter, led to arrest warrants for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity for two men from Houston. We also obtained a search warrant for their home in Houston.
With the help of our Operation Lone Star Taskforce members, Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office, and the US Marshal (and former Victoria County Sheriff) T. Michael O'Connor's Office, we arrested the men and executed the search warrant.
