After an investigation a year and a half in the making, the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office has announced the arrest of two men in connection with ongoing theft of tractors and heavy equipment.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Nelsin Ray White, 33, of Needville and Erik Davay Jackson, 32, of Rosenberg have been arrested and charged with third-degree felony theft.
