Financing for a car wash
Professional Carwashing & Detailing
Car wash buyers applying for a loan to close their ESCROW and existing car wash owners applying for a loan for refinancing, all have the same challenge: How do we get the money? This loan dilemma is the same challenge for existing wash owners who choose to convert antiquated full-service washes into today's popular express or flex operations.
Maybe Texas should seriously consider recycled water
Drought-like conditions are returning to the West Texas region and already, there are water restrictions in place. There's a growing list of Texas cities and counties that could very well, run out of water within the next six months and that has to be a major concern, not just for cities and counties, but for the state on a whole. So far, Wichita Falls, with a population of 100,000 is the biggest city faced with running out of water within six months if action is not taken. It's possible they will implement Stage 4 drought restrictions by the end of summer, which include no outdoor watering, no filling of pools and additional restrictions on car wash businesses.

Economy: Consumers will keep spending as US hurdles fade
American consumers, who kept shopping through rising fuel costs and delayed tax refunds, will probably continue buoying the world's largest economy as these hurdles dissipate. Employment gains, the drop in energy costs, rising stock prices and reduced debt mean households have the wherewithal to overcome a payroll-tax increase that took an additional 2 percent out of take-home pay this year.
Businessman turns to social media to catch car wash crooks
Shawnee, Okla., police are looking for two thieves who stole hundreds of dollars from Shawnee Suds Carwash. "It surprised me whenever the truck backed up to it," said Allen Green, caretaker of the carwash. "Watched it all on video, take off flying through the air." "It was kind of shocking," said Jay Scott Brown, owner of Shawnee Suds Carwash. "You have to take a double take because it's always there and now it's gone." Brown said he hopes to use social media to help police catch them. Brown posted the video on his company's Facebook page and in less than two hours, more than two thousand people watched it.
Water reclaim how to pick a system for your car wash
Auto Laundry News
Before picking a water reclamation system, let's review some of the water basics. For vehicle washing, water is the primary means of rinsing the dirt, road grime, salt and snow off the surface of the vehicle during the wash process. All soaps use water as the delivery medium from the chemical station out to the vehicle to assist in breaking up those contaminants. The higher the quality of water you use, the higher the quality wash you will deliver.
