Detail shop opens up Pflugerville location
When Christina Gregoire took a stab at learning to detail cars, her husband gave her an old hood from a classic car to practice on. When she returned it to him, he was stunned by how professional the work looked, he said. "We've got to get you a car to work on," her husband said he told his wife at the time. That was five years ago, when Gregoire ran the financial side of her husband's business, Hutto-based Three of a Kind Transport. Now that hood is displayed in her own garage in Pflugerville for her company, auto detail shop Classic Vanity, founded in April. "People who love their cars bring their cars here," her husband said. "They want it shiny, and they want it pretty," said Gregoire.
